Schedule
- 7:30 AM – Registration & Breakfast Roll
- 8:00 AM – Briefing
- 8:30 AM – Shotgun Start
- 3:00 PM – Finish & Drinks
- 3:30 PM – Afternoon Cocktail Function
- 4:00 PM – Official Welcome
- 4:45 PM – Guest Speaker (TBA, 15 mins)
- 5:00 PM – Trophy Presentations
- 6:00 PM – Wrap-Up
What’s Included
- Breakfast roll and coffee/tea on arrival
- Morning tea
- 18 holes of golf (3-Person Ambrose)

- QUPEX members and sponsor guests
Dress Code Guidelines
On the Golf Course
- Neat, clean golf attire similar to what is sold in the Club’s Golf Shop
- Fully enclosed shoes (soft spikes are encouraged; metal spikes are prohibited)
- Unacceptable attire includes: singlets, board shorts, gym wear, beach wear, dirty work wear, bike pants, or track pants
- Nudgee Golf Club is a licensed premises for alcohol; please do not bring your own alcohol onto the licensed premises.
In the Clubhouse
- Golf clothing is acceptable
- Open footwear is permitted only in the clubhouse (not on the course)
- Hats may be worn inside the clubhouse if required for medical reasons; however, it is not compulsory to do so
A neat and tidy appearance is expected at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron. Exceptions to dress regulations are at the discretion of the General Manager.
